Group exercise-training with other like-minded people, helping you train harder and push through barriers. Studies have shown that training in groups increases the threshold of pain and exhaustion, and that exercising in a group with fellow fitness goers going through the same, gives you a boost and you work harder. You will get support, group motivation and you will laugh a lot. Gain more confidence you may also make new friends along the way. AF has such a lovely community that are all there for each other.
Circuits:
Combination of exercises both strength and fitness, performed with short rest periods between them for a prescribed amount of time.
Fight Club:
An exercise class that uses choreographed martial arts moves to music. Great cardio fitness workout and an awesome stress release.
