Tailoring training programmes that are unique to each client, ranging from sports specific, rehabilitation to general health and fitness. With unique and engaging programmes to keep you on track to meet all your health and fitness goals. Offering 1-2-1 training, along with small group classes in a private space which is safe, clean and free from outside judgement.
I promote a healthy lifestyle and am driven to promote self confidence in all clients. The individual attention provided means that no two training sessions are alike, they are geared uniquely to you.
On top of that you will become part of a fun, active and supportive community.

Amanda's Gym is a motivating, well equipped and welcoming environment for all, regardless of ability or body type. It is open and inclusive with the focus being on building strength, having fun, moving well, and being the best you can be without any judgement.
Personally I have found the gym to be a safe space to strive for and achieve my fitness goals. When these goals have changed through circumstance or injury, Amanda has adapted and modified my fitness plan to suit my needs, while giving me the confidence and support not to give up.
